CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to provide the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I ask for 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of your scheduled service before any appointment is re-scheduled.
If you have more than two offenses of late cancellation, you will no longer be able to book services with MMH.
NO SHOW POLICY
Should you no show, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service and a $100 non-refundable deposit will be held before any service is re-scheduled. However, I reserve the right to refuse service after one offense.
LATE POLICY
I firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for my time and other guest's time, I ask you to please be on time. Services for guests arriving more than 15 minutes late will be honored only at my discretion.
COVID-19
If you are experiencing ANY symptoms of COVID-19 or any other illness, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE.
(sore throat, cough, trouble breathing, loss of taste or smell, fever, headache, etc.)
If you or anyone in your household has been exposed to, has tested positive for, or is awaiting a test result for COVID-19, YOU MUST RESCHEDULE.
You must WEAR A CLEAN MASK with ear loops throughout the entirety of your appointment.
